The Challenge.

Duetto needed a set of explainer videos that could break down their platform in a way that felt simple, confident, and genuinely useful to busy hotel teams. What began as one hero video evolved into a full series - six animations covering the overall platform and its key modules.

Each piece had to balance clarity with energy: easy to follow, visually engaging, and aligned with Duetto’s premium SaaS brand.

My role

I created a motion language that felt fresh and intuitive, making complex product features feel effortless. Alongside the hands-on design and animation work, I led a wider creative team to keep everything aligned, consistent, and moving smoothly from brief to final delivery. The process included:

  • Developing a clean, modern visual treatment that works across all six videos

  • Designing style frames and animated sequences that simplify the platform’s data-heavy workflows

  • Building modular assets so the extended videos could reuse and evolve elements efficiently

  • Crafting smooth transitions and UI-focused animation to keep everything digestible

  • Adding SFX and mixing the final audio for a polished, professional finish

  • Delivering everything in 4K for maximum versatility across presentations, events, and marketing

The Outcome.

Duetto now has a cohesive explainer video suite that clearly communicates their offering, supports sales conversations, and helps users understand the platform quicker. The consistent style and modular build also mean future videos can be expanded easily - saving the team both time and budget.
